Provision of Shop Floor Management to DSC Print E-mail

Please be informed that Direct Sale Centre (DSC) has installed Shop Floor Management Solution for stock-taking and inventory control etc. provided by MillionTECH lately. The company provided DSC with 20pcs of CASIO DT-X11 and a tailor-made software to facilitate their stock taking process. Hardware and Software were fully implemented in end of March while the second stage of stock-replenishing solution is in progress of development.

Though the adoption of the solution, DSC will be benefited by the automation of shop floor management, from price-checking, stock taking and eventually enhanced the efficiency of inventory control in the warehouse. Traditional way of manually handled stock keeping procedure is eliminated. Front-line staffs are capable to keep track with the product information and stock condition in a real time. Implementation of the technology helps elevating not only the process efficiency of DSC but also allow the company to keep track with the inventory condition more accurately.

The DT-X11 is well-intergrated with DSC’s operation in the shop floor. It has dust and water-splash proof and shock resistance capabilities, while the big LCD touch screen ensures easy operation for user. In addition, the device provides a wide selection of wireless communication standards such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi etc., DSC can further expand their Shop Floor System by reinforcing the data communication process, such as inventory level, product information and price between outlets and head office.

The project in-charge is Mr. James Man, Assistant Sales Manager of MillionTECH Development Ltd. Should you have any enquiries, please feel free to contact us at 2788 3306.
